"Telethon Count" or "I Am So Glad This Is A Rental"
Ladies and Gentlemen, we are currently at 7 and counting....
1. Dryer venting clogged.
2. Mice-infested.
3. Low-flow toilets that clog easily (that explains the plumbers' helpers everywhere)
4. No keys for the mailbox - 3 weeks later.
5. Dishwasher mysteriously stops working.
6. Clothes covered in lint after washing.
7. Advertised "Partially Finished Basement" is actually unfinished with old carpet thrown on the floor.
Do we have another defect?

Maybe Spirit is inviting them.....?
OK, mailbox keys arrived (in the mail - but I got them), dryer's fixed, and there don't seem to be any more mice.
Dishwasher is still on the fritz (my apoligies to all those Germans out there). qweyh
